HOW TO MEASURE FOR SBD KNEE SLEEVES

Determine the circumference of your knee joint while your leg is extended and your muscles are relaxed. Take measurements around the midpoint of your kneecap (patella) and the thickest part of your calf. If your calf exceeds your knee by more than 4cm (1.6in), consider opting for a larger size for an optimal fit.

For a firm fit ideal for powerlifting and squatting, consider choosing a smaller size. A standard-fitting knee sleeve will provide a snug feel.

If you're new to wearing knee sleeves, it's advisable to stick to the recommended size rather than sizing down, especially if you fall within the medium size or smaller range.
