Our singlets are sized based on athlete weight. However, athletes who are tall or short for their weight class are recommended to adjust up or down by one size respectively.
Hand wash your singlet with a mild detergent in warm water, leaving the garment to air dry. Do not put the singlet through a machine dryer as the heat can affect the material of the garment.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one to two working days, but we do endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday on the same day. You will receive email notification once your order has been fully processed and your parcel is ready to leave our warehouse.

Orders are shipped by DPD on a next working day service across Ireland.

Orders cancelled after dispatch of the goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us, and may be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs. Items must be returned within 30 days from receiving the goods. Cancellations must be made by email (toInfo@sbdireland.com), quoting your order number.
Defective goods
All SBD Apparel products undergo a stringent quality control process; we expect our products to live up to the highest standards, and guarantee our products against manufacturing defects.
If a product does not live up to your expectations, please contact us atInfo@sbdireland.com and include your order number, name and delivery postcode. As an SBD retailer, we are authorised to assess warranty claims. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

What Does it Mean To Be IWF Approved?
Our singlets follow the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) Technical & Competition Rules, so they’re suitable for IWF-sanctioned competitions worldwide. Here's what you need to know:
To comply with the IWF rules, a lifting costume (singlet) must:
- Be one piece, collarless, and close-fitting so referees can clearly see the elbows and knees. It must not cover the elbows or the knees.
- Be any colour. Decorative elements (name, club, national emblem) are permitted on the costume.
- Be worn as the primary outer garment; a T-shirt and shorts cannot replace the costume.
